Today I added SCG to my holdings. SCG is being acquired by Dominion Energy (D) in a stock for stock merger. In the merger SCG is to receive 0.669 shares of D. I already hold less than 2.5% of D. With this addition of SCG and the expectation of the merger going through, brings it to 5%.
